Terms and conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) apply to all orders placed on the VenustaShop website and govern the contractual relationship between VenustaShop, registered at 93364952700019, and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the www.venustashop.com website.
1. Essential characteristics of goods and services
The products and services offered are those listed on the VenustaShop website. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description of its essential characteristics. In case of doubt or need for additional information, the buyer is invited to contact customer service at the following address: venustaspullip@gmail.com.
2. Prices include VAT
All prices of products and services displayed on the site are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. VenustaShop reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is validated.
3. Delivery costs, date and method
Delivery costs are clearly indicated before the order is validated and vary according to the delivery method chosen by the buyer and the destination. Delivery times are specified during the ordering process and may vary according to product availability and destination. Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. In the event of late delivery, VenustaShop undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible.
However, VenustaShop declines all responsibility in the event of loss or damage during delivery by the post office or any other carrier. Once the order has been dispatched, the risks associated with delivery are transferred to the purchaser. VenustaShop is not obliged to reimburse or compensate the purchaser in the event of loss or damage to products during transit.
In the event of a prolonged delay, VenustaShop encourages the buyer to contact the store in order to check the status of the delivery and, where possible, to help locate the order. VenustaShop remains at the customer's disposal for any assistance related to delivery problems.
4. Contract performance
The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by VenustaShop. The order will be processed from the moment payment is received and will be dispatched as soon as possible. VenustaShop reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute with the purchaser, or for any other legitimate reason, in particular the unavailability of the product.
5. Methods of payment
Payment may be made by the following methods:

PayPal
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. In the event of late payment, VenustaShop reserves the right to suspend the order until the situation has been rectified.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his or her right of withdrawal without having to justify his or her reasons or pay any penalties.
Products must be returned in their original, complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. VenustaShop undertakes to reimburse the buyer within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
7. Legal warranty of conformity and hidden defects
Products sold on the site benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), enabling the customer to return defective or non-compliant products.
In the event of non-conformity of a product, it may be returned and reimbursed or exchanged in accordance with the conditions set out in the previous article.
8. Commercial warranty and after-sales service
Certain goods may benefit from a specific commercial warranty, details of which will be specified on the product sheet concerned. The cost of remote communications (telephone calls, etc.) to contact after-sales service is borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified.
9. Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of these GTS, the purchaser may contact customer service at the following address: venustaspullip@gmail.com.
In accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, it is possible to have free recourse to a consumer mediator in the event of a dispute. For further information, the purchaser may consult the European mediation platform at the following address: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
If mediation fails, any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Croissy-sur-Seine.
