Where do the products on VenustaShop come from?

The products sold on the website are handcrafted by VenustasPullip. Each piece is unique and may vary.

What payment methods are accepted?

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Any payment method associated with Stripe

How long does it take to process an order?

The time taken to process an order is the time that elapses between the validation of an order and its delivery to the postal services.

  • The average processing time is 5 working days.

  • In certain cases where the product requires manufacturing, the processing time may extend to a maximum of 3 weeks.

When the order is processed, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order is on its way.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of your order and your location. Delivery costs are indicated when you confirm your order. It is possible to opt for delivery with or without tracking.

Delivery is free in the following cases:

  • Orders of €30 or more to France

  • Orders of €50 or more to European countries

  • Specific periods announced on the home page or via a promotional code

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail. If you have chosen the “Shipment with tracking number” option, a link will be included in the e-mail, enabling you to view the progress of your order.

How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply :

  1. Select the item of your choice.

  2. Add it to your basket.

  3. Follow the steps to validate your order and make payment. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been validated.

You will also receive order tracking information by e-mail in the days following order validation.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the product and your location:

  • For metropolitan France, delivery times are generally 3 to 5 working days after your order has been processed.

  • For international deliveries, please allow between 7 and 14 working days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can modify or cancel it by contacting me quickly via the contact form or by e-mail at venustaspullip@gmail.com.

If the order has already been dispatched, you can exercise your right of withdrawal (see below).

What are my withdrawal rights?

In accordance with French law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reasons. You may return the item at your expense, in its original condition and packaging. You will be reimbursed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

Can I request a custom item?

It is not yet possible to order a customized item. This feature will be added to VenustaShop in the near future.
